Which Pharma Companies Share Salary Data? December 2024 Analysis
Major pharmaceutical companies are adapting to new state laws requiring salary transparency in job postings. We analyzed December 2024 job postings from 11 leading pharma and biotech companies to see who’s sharing salary data, even in states without mandates.
Salary Transparency by Company ¶
Four companies - Pfizer, Medtronic, Gilead, and Illumina posted salaries for all open positions, while Abbott and Novartis posted salaries for 98% and 95% of positions, respectively. AstraZeneca (66%) and HHMI (76%) showed strong transparency, while BMS (26%), Sanofi (25%), and Vertex (10%) lagged behind.
