Quality, Regulatory, and Clinical Ops Growth #
The Quality & Regulatory and Clinical Operations showed the strongest week-over-week growth at 35%. In contrast, Data Science hiring pulled back after last week’s spike.
Key contributors to the growth:
- Quality: GSK, Amgen, AstraZeneca
- Clinical Operations: Medtronic, AstraZeneca, Lilly
The majority of these roles are management-level, continuing a tough market for early-career candidates.
Clinical Hiring Spotlight: Eikon Therapeutics #
Eikon Therapeutics posted a cluster of new roles:
- Senior & Executive Directors, Clinical Trials: $252K–$275K
- Associate Director, Biostatistics: $189K–$206K
Eikon rarely hires, but they appear to be staffing up. With multiple Phase 2-3 trials now recruiting, expect more openings soon.
