Job posting picked up in the US last week after the Fourth of July slump, with over 2,200 jobs posted so far.

The usual suspects posted the most jobs, including Medtronic (335 new postings), followed by Takeda (277 new postings) and Johnson and Johnson (275 new postings). However, BillionToOne caught our eye this week with a sharp hiring increase in commercial.

Following their April Medicare coverage announcement, precision diagnostics company BillionToOne is rapidly hiring account executives for its cancer liquid biopsy products.

Roles offer base salaries from $156k to $181k, with total compensation ranging from $240k to over $300k.

BillionToOne is targeting Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Registered Nurses experienced with late-stage cancer testing for these roles, making this a strong entry point for clinicians moving into biotech sales.
