The successful candidate will conduct high-resolution NGS-based analyses to investigate environmental and hormonal control of plant stem cell differentiation. Mosquitoes require a blood meal to complete egg development, and in carrying out this innate behavior, they spread dangerous infectious diseases such as malaria, dengue, Zika, Chikungunya, and yellow fever.
